2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items
